Based on the enormous success of the product “Akagi Shigure” in 1964, we hoped to create a shaved ice treat that children could eat in one hand. This led to the creation of our very first popsicle product. In its present form today, the shaved ice has been coated with a layer of ice candy in order to make it harder to melt, and also features a non-removable stick.
